This is a fairly simple process in iTunes, though it can be a bit slow and cumbersome. Follow these steps to transfer music to iPhone by dragging and dropping:
Connect your iPhone to computer.
Launch iTunes.
Ensure that iTunes can detect your iPhone. If so, you can see your device name under “Devices” on the left sidebar.
Go to your music library. Click and hold the songs that you want from your library on the right and drag them over to where you device is listed.
The songs should now be on your iPhone.

You can only transfer songs one by one.
